Additionally, AI analyzes property information and organizes features in an easy-to-understand manner, while also automatically suggesting AI-recommended properties from search results.
This reduces the hassle of comparing properties across multiple sites as before, providing "a more casual home search experience that can be completed on LINE."

"roomap" Official LINE Development Background
In property searching, the large amount of information makes comparison and judgment difficult, resulting in the challenge of being unable to make a final decision.
Traditionally, the process has been to open a search site in a browser, input multiple conditions, and compare a large list of properties.
To alleviate this hassle, roomap has developed an interactive search experience on LINE, which is used on a daily basis, where users can narrow down conditions by tapping through options.
Furthermore, this time we have introduced AI to organize search results according to the user's priorities and to supplement the characteristics of properties.
Comment from Development Manager
Property searching tends to be an experience where the more information available, the more options expand, yet at the same time you become more confused.
What we aimed for this time was a state where property searching could proceed smoothly and naturally within the familiar LINE chat screen.
Rather than opening a browser, inputting conditions, and comparing lists, we wanted to realize an experience where candidates are naturally narrowed down through chat-like interactions.
AI remains behind the scenes, supporting the organization of information and the verbalization of characteristics. The main focus is always on the user and their interactions on LINE.
For those who regularly use LINE or are already searching on property sites, we would be happy if you would use this as an option to try without installing a new app, as a natural extension of what you already do.
First, we hope you'll try it with a casual approach of "just trying it out."
Regarding Collaboration with Web Media "Shonan diary"
roomap is a service operated by the same company as "Shonan diary," a web media that communicates about life in the Shonan and Kamakura areas.
While Shonan diary is a media that conveys "the temperature of streets and people's lives," roomap is a service that supports the subsequent choice of "actually living" there.
Going forward, we will strengthen the pathway that connects the empathy created through content directly to home searching.
